Sam has extensive expertise in the taxation issues of partnerships, S corporations and closely held and family businesses, as well as estate, fiduciary and individual taxation and planning. He has a diverse client base including professional practices, real estate owners and other closely held and family-owned businesses.
A recognized and experienced speaker, Sam Deutscher has lectured for the Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE) on various phases of complex tax law including partnership, S corporations and tax planning for owners of closely held businesses.
